Timberland Reimagines an Icon | The Waterproof Luxe Boot

There are few silhouettes in menswear as instantly recognisable as the Timberland Original Yellow Boot. First launched in 1973, it became more than just a piece of footwear — it became a cultural symbol. From work sites to city streets, festivals to fashion runways, Timberland’s yellow boot defined rugged style and enduring craftsmanship for generations.

Now, Timberland takes that legacy and redefines it for today with the launch of the Waterproof Luxe Boot — a modern evolution that fuses rugged heritage with refined luxury.

Handcrafted from Horween Dryden nubuck leather, one of the world’s most prestigious leathers, the Luxe Boot offers exceptional texture, depth, and durability. Every pair is a masterclass in craftsmanship — from the premium Horween leather lining that enhances comfort inside and out, to the leather welt and matching leather laces that deliver a sophisticated, cohesive finish.

But make no mistake — this is no delicate showpiece. True to Timberland’s DNA, the Luxe Boot is built to perform. Fully seam-sealed and waterproof, it’s designed to face the elements head-on. A Vibram outsole ensures confident traction on any terrain, while Timberland’s Anti-Fatigue Technology keeps you comfortable whether you’re exploring city streets or country trails.

Available in timeless wheat and black colourways, the Timberland Waterproof Luxe Boot represents the perfect balance between form and function — heritage craftsmanship meeting contemporary luxury.

More than fifty years after the Original Yellow Boot changed footwear forever, Timberland proves once again that true icons don’t fade — they evolve.

Mo Gilligan x NEXT – Where Smart Meets Swagger

Gentlemen, gather ’round — if you’ve been looking for the perfect blend of street-soul and smart-cut, look no further than the latest drop from Mo Gilligan and NEXT. This isn’t just a celeb-label tie-up, it’s a proper wardrobe reset.

Mo Gilligan has always been about personality — energy, humour, life. When he turned his attention to menswear, the mission was clear: bring real people pieces that look sharp but don’t sacrifice comfort. The NEXT collaboration delivers exactly that. On the NEXT site, the range is described as “a confident, contemporary style, seamlessly blending comfort with sharp, on-trend details”.

The Pieces You’ll Actually Wear

We’re talking tees, roll-necks, alike- jackets, trousers that pass both chill-out and step-out tests. Key pieces include:

  • A Black Relaxed Fit Heavyweight T-Shirt — clean, minimal, staples done right.
  • A Brown Regular Fit Cotton Rich Roll Neck Jumper — crisp enough under a blazer or solo with your favourite jeans.
  • A Tan Brown Regular Fit Signature Suede Blazer — yes, blazer. Because comfort doesn’t exclude style elevation.

Why It Works

  • It’s versatile. These are pieces you can wear from Friday drinks, to Sunday brunch, to a smart-casual meeting.
  • It’s grounded. The fabrics, the fits, the combos — all sensible. No over-the-top hype, just well-considered menswear.
  • It’s accessible. Mo’s name fronting it gives it personality; NEXT backing gives it reach. And the prices are realistic for what you’re getting.

How to Style It

  • Throw the roll-neck jumper under the suede blazer. Smart enough for business-casual, relaxed enough for the weekend.
  • Pair the heavyweight tee with tailored chinos or smart joggers — the relaxed fit tee gives the street edge, the trousers bring the polish.
  • Keep your shoes clean — white leather trainers or suede loafers both work. Finish with a watch and maybe a subtle lapel pin if you’re feeling bold.
  • Colour palette? Stick to the range: black, brown/tan, dark green, navy. Let the fits and texture do the talking.

In short: if you’ve been waiting for menswear that bridges the gap between “I work hard” and “I know how to enjoy life” — this Mo Gilligan × NEXT collection is that bridge. The kind of drop where you walk out the door feeling like you’ve dressed deliberately, not just thrown on something.

Gear up, gents — your wardrobe’s about to get a little sharper.

The Hoodie That Built the Blueprint – Champion Reverse Weave

There are hoodies — and then there’s the hoodie. The one that started it all. The one that defined comfort, durability and effortless cool long before “athleisure” was even a word. That hoodie is, of course, the Champion Reverse Weave.

Born in 1938, Champion’s Reverse Weave wasn’t just another sweatshirt — it was a revolution. Designed with athletes in mind, its unique horizontal knitting method made it shrink resistant, incredibly durable, and unmatched in comfort. Decades later, it’s still the blueprint every other brand has tried (and failed) to copy.

A Legacy Stitched in Every Seam

Since 1919, Champion has been setting the pace for athletic innovation — long before streetwear and sportswear blurred into one. From team uniforms and training gear to everyday staples, Champion has always understood that true performance comes from quality, not compromise.

The Reverse Weave exemplifies that philosophy. Its heavyweight fleece offers that unmistakable lived-in comfort — the kind that feels as good on the first wear as it does after years of use. It’s tough, timeless, and effortlessly cool — the sort of piece that quietly says, “I’ve been around long enough to know what works.”

More Than a Label

But Champion’s story isn’t just about great kit — it’s about championing people. Today, the brand’s mission goes beyond sport, inspiring creators, communities, and changemakers to live their truth. Champion believes a true champion isn’t defined by medals or stats, but by what they do with what they’ve got.

By supporting creators and giving them a platform to tell their stories, Champion proves that authenticity never goes out of style — it just gets better with age.

Still the Benchmark

Decades may have passed, trends may have come and gone, but the Champion Reverse Weave remains the gold standard. Heavyweight. Hardwearing. Iconic.

This isn’t just a hoodie. It’s the original — the one that built the blueprint

&SONS x Cotton Lives On | Giving Cotton a Second Life

British menswear brand &SONS has teamed up with the Cotton Lives On recycling programme to launch a consumer-facing campaign that puts sustainability, craftsmanship, and community front and centre.

For one month only, &SONS customers are invited to donate unwanted cotton garments—of any brand, as long as they’re at least 85% cotton—to the Cotton Lives On initiative. In return, shoppers will receive 20% off their next &SONS purchase at the brand’s London and Cheltenham stores.

It’s a simple, circular idea: give your old clothes a new purpose, and keep them out of landfill.

“&SONS believes in clothing which is made with care and built to last. This project with Cotton Lives On is a celebration of circular fashion, community, and the stories our clothes carry,”— Kelly James, Head of Operations, &SONS

Launched in 2022 by Cotton Council International and Cotton Incorporated, the Cotton Lives On programme has already made a tangible impact. To date, it’s collected around 8,000kg of cotton in the UK and created over 100 roll mats—each made from the equivalent of 45 T-shirts—for people at risk of homelessness.

“We’re so pleased to welcome &SONS to the Cotton Lives On recycling programme,” said Andrea Samber, Director of Brand Partnerships for Cotton Incorporated. “&SONS has built a community of conscious consumers who value well-made, quality clothes, and we want to help them continue to do the right thing and avoid useful cotton entering landfill.”

The roll mats are distributed to those moving into hostels or new homes, offering comfort and dignity alongside the practical support of a sustainable product.

&SONS joins a growing list of thoughtful UK brands already supporting the initiative, including Margaret Howell, ME+EM, PAIGE, Charles Tyrwhitt, Hush, Whistles, Hobbs, Phase Eight, L’Estrange, Anthropologie, Bianca Saunders, and The White Company.

At its core, Cotton Lives On is about reducing waste, closing the loop, and showing that even something as simple as an old T-shirt can make a world of difference.

And for &SONS, it’s another chapter in a brand story built around longevity, respect for craftsmanship, and doing things the right way:

“It’s not about where something is made—it’s about how, and who made it. From recycled swimwear to handmade leather goods, every &SONS piece starts with the same principle: make it well, make it last, and make it with care.

Fashion Eyewear – Making sure your eyes never looked so good, with a Touch of Visionary Thinking

In a world where everything from dinner to dry cleaning can arrive at your door in hours, it seems only right that your glasses should too. Enter Fashion Eyewear, the UK’s leading online designer eyewear retailer, which has just launched its game-changing ‘Faster Service’ — a same-day prescription delivery service for Londoners and next-day delivery for most of the UK. Yes, you read that right: prescription glasses, designed, glazed, and delivered in less time than it takes most opticians to process an order.

It’s a service made for the modern world — for busy professionals racing between meetings, students who’ve left their specs behind on the first day back, and parents juggling everything life throws at them. Whether it’s a last-minute prescription update or an unexpected wardrobe emergency (we’ve all been there), Fashion Eyewear’s new service promises to bring both vision and style straight to your door.

Behind the scenes, the magic happens thanks to Fashion Eyewear’s in-house labs and expert opticians — a setup that allows the brand to produce prescription lenses within hours, rather than days. Most high-street chains still take a week or more to deliver glasses, but this optician-led business has rewritten the playbook entirely.

The benefits are clear (pun intended):

•Same-day delivery for London customers on most single-vision prescriptions

•Next-day delivery for 70% of UK customers

•A huge range of designer frames from the biggest names in fashion

•In-house lens production ensuring precision, speed, and great value

•Qualified opticians overseeing every step of the process

But this isn’t just about convenience. It’s also a story about confidence — and vision in every sense of the word.

Founder Tej Johal knows all too well what it feels like to be stuck with glasses that don’t feel you. Growing up wearing NHS frames, he remembers the frustration of limited choices and uninspired designs. When he finally upgraded, he still felt uncomfortable in them — a reminder that glasses aren’t just medical devices, they’re a part of your identity.

That experience inspired him to create Fashion Eyewear: a place where people could find frames that fit their face and their personality. Today, the brand stands as proof that luxury eyewear doesn’t need to come with a luxury wait time.

So, whether you’re heading into a big meeting, boarding a last-minute flight, or simply tired of squinting at your screen — Fashion Eyewear is ensuring you never have to choose between seeing clearly and living stylishly.

Because when vision meets innovation, the future really does look sharper.
