Take in the Pacific Highway life with Baxter of California’s new Fragrance

Long gone are the fragrant days of Brut, Denim and Hai-Karate. NIche brands are providing consumers with new interpretations of fragrance, breaking the mold of what has been done in the past and in the UK alone, Niche fragrances have accounted for 69% growth of the fragrance marketNiche fragrance’s Unique scents captivates the consumers’ attention with innovative quality ingredients and boldness of product.

With this in mind Grooming brand Baxter of California, who have been at the forefront of luxury grooming innovations since the 1960s and known for their hair, skin, body and shaving finesse have decided to add to this range with PACIFIC CANNABIS EDP, a fragrance inspired by the freedom and self-expression of the Venice Boardwalk in LA. The fragrance has a fresh start with top notes of pink pepper, rosemary and bergamot. A tempered cannabis accord at the heart is balanced with lavender and sage. Patchouli enhances the signature with tonka bean and the mineral character of driftwood.

Cannabis, you say, surely not the same cannabis I’m thinking of ? Well yes the very same and research has shown that within 10 years, some form of Cannabis will be a regular part of consumers daily routine. Cannabis accord is used to simulate the best parts of the natural cannabis leaf. The accord features a mix of essential oils and notes carefully researched and selected by the fragrance team over at Baxter of California, but without using any actual cannabis (no THC).

Clement Gavaary, perfumer designed at Firmenich, leading global Fragrance house, describes this unique scent as,

“A DAY AT VENICE BEACH ENJOYING THE COOL VIBES OF CALIFORNIA…A VERY NATURAL INTERPRETATION, WITH THE OCEAN IN THE BACKGROUND…A DEEP SENSATION OF WELL-BEING.”
